Field Notes

From my review on https://www.gregorypacks.com/packs-bags/hydration-...

This bag is awesome! I took it out on a trail ride this weekend, and I loved everything about it. The magnetic chest strap and the easy clip for the hydration bladder took a bit of getting used to, but in a good way! I'm used to the fuss of other bags, and this one just worked so much better! Also, it fit really well on my back -- the water in the hydration bladder is spread out enough and the straps work well enough that I never felt like I was carrying a very heavy load. It was as if I almost wasn't carrying anything at all, based on how it sat on my shoulders/back. I basically love everything about this bag. It's small enough to not be cumbersome, and it's big enough to throw in treats, a bike lock, a jacket, etc. The quick access pockets are such a benefit! I don't mountain bike a ton, which means I can use this bag for other things too -- like fishing -- as it's perfect for some tackle and a telescoping rod/real. I'm not one to carry a purse anywhere, and usually have a backpack with me -- I can definitely see this pack going into the rotation, as again, it's just such a great size and fit! I highly recommend this pack for anyone who mountain bikes or who just needs a good small backpack for day to day living!
