Aggressive lugs let you plow through dirt and mud with traction. With a wider midsole and molded protection plate sculpted for flexibility during forward motion it protects the bottom of your foot from bruising. The firm heel counter holds you steady. Designed with a metatarsal gel pad for cushion in the forefoot, and a high-density medial post, Hard Rock helps prevent pronation (and turned ankles). Webbing strips and synthetic overlays in the upper provide killer support. Using an IntegraFit last, these shoes feel like they're custom made. Montrail even used style cleverly with embossing that doubles as abrasion protection so they last longer.
