Next to your skin is soft polyester for warmth and wicking while you cycle. The mid-layer WindTex membrane makes the Forma windproof, waterproof, and breathable for when weather conditions go from bad to worse. The outer layer, Meryl Actisystem, features a titanium treatment that filters UV rays to protect your skin and increases opacity (dark fabric absorbs light and therefore heat). A tall collar and gripper at the waist hem seal out the elements, and a front zipper lets you adjust your ventilation. Zippered sleeve cuffs let you to get in and out of this jacket with ease and still allow a second-skin fit. An MP3 pocket with headphone routing lets you bring along your tunes to drown out the howling wind.
